Our Standard
The Noble Avenue Standard.
Williston is not just a waypoint.
It is a foundation.
At Casa Cruz, we believe the craft of the cortadito demands the same reverence as the finest vintage.
Our bread is born from the heat of the morning,
our pork roasted in the slow quiet of the afternoon.
We do not serve fast food;
we serve heritage, paced for the modern rhythm.
Welcome to the new standard of rural hospitality.

The Full Menu
Everything We Make.
Breakfast
Served until 11 AM. No breakfast after 11.
Miami Butter Toast
Pan de agua—crispy outside, fluffy inside—lightly toasted and slathered with our rich, nutty butter spread. It's basically Miami in toast form (minus the traffic).
Lemytown Butter Toast
Pillowy pan sobao (a little sweet, a lot comforting), toasted golden and brushed with our nutty butter spread. Soft, toasty, and ready to start your day like it owns the place.
Garlic Toast
Garlic-butter toast with a crunch you can hear… and if you add mozzarella, it turns into a melty, cheesy situation (the good kind). Order it with or without cheese—but cheese definitely understood the assignment.

Miami Burrito
Scrambled eggs, crispy aioli breakfast potatoes, melty American cheese, savory ham, and pico de gallo wrapped up tight like a delicious secret. Add white cheese sauce if you're feeling extra (we support that).
Puerto Rican Burrito
Eggs, smoky bacon, onions, and classic mamposteao (rice & beans) all rolled into one handheld comfort bomb. One bite and your morning suddenly has rhythm.
Egg Sandwich
Toasted pan de agua + fluffy scrambled egg + melty American cheese = proof that simple can be legendary. Want a glow-up? Swap for a paprika-dusted fried egg (open face).
Casa Cruz Egg Sandwich
The upgraded classic: two scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese on toasted pan de agua. Think 'two breakfast sandwiches worth of happiness,' but fresher and louder. Swap for two paprika-dusted fried eggs (open face) if that's your vibe.
Latin Breakfast (or American — Your Choice)
Two eggs any style, protein of your choice (ham, bacon, or sausage), plantains (sweet 'amarillos'/'maduros' or green & toasty 'tostones'), and buttered crostinis. Make it American by substituting plantains with garlicky breakfast potatoes.
Ham, Eggs & Potatoes' Bowl
Two perfectly fried eggs to your liking, diced ham, garlicky potatoes, and buttered crostinis, finished with Puerto Rican-style mayo-ketchup or garlic aioli. A simple plate that takes you back in time.
Casa Cruz Steak Breakfast
Juicy bistec & onions with eggs any style, white or mamposteao rice (rice and beans), plantains (sweet ripe 'amarillos'/'maduros' or green & toasty 'tostones'), and buttered crostinis. This one takes the crown!
M.Y.O. Omelet
Choose your vegetables (onions, peppers, tomatoes, and/or sweet plantain), one protein (ham, bacon, or sausage), and one cheese (American, Muenster, or Swiss). Comes with garlicky breakfast potatoes and crostini. Buen Provecho.
Children's Breakfast
12 years and under.
Kiddos' Egg Breakfast
Kid-approved combo: one egg their way, protein of choice (ham, bacon, or sausage), and breakfast potatoes. Breakfast that says 'homemade breakfast' and then proves it.
PBJ
The classic: peanut butter + grape jelly on white bread. Sticky fingers guaranteed. Served with potato chips.
Bocadillo
Grilled-cheese's little cousin: buttery spread + American cheese on toasted white bread. Crunchy, melty, and mysteriously gone in 30 seconds. Served with potato chips.
Sandwiches
Some sandwiches are served with mayo-based sauce. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to any sandwich $1.50–$2.25.
Clancy 'Messy' Dog
An all-meat hot dog with our mayo-mustard spread, home cooked chili, fresh onions, silky white queso, and finished with crispy potato sticks for that perfect salty crunch. Creamy, tangy, and built to wreck napkins.
Casa Cruz Cuban
Ham, pulled pork (yes, pulled pork), home-smoked pork ham, Swiss, mustard, and pickles—pressed on Cuban bread until it's hot, crispy, and slightly dramatic. A Florida classic with Casa Cruz attitude. We understand there are a number of variations…and this is ours!
Cuba Rican
The Cuban's Puerto Rican cousin—stacked on soft pan sobao for a richer, slightly sweet bite. Trust us: this one will ruin 'regular' Cuban sandwiches for you.
Croquette Sandwich
Crispy Miami ham croquettes plus extra ham and Swiss, pressed until melty and golden. Crunch on the outside, creamy on the inside—like a hug that also has swagger.
Ham & Cheese
A timeless pressed sandwich with savory ham and melty American cheese. Pick your spread (breakfast spread, mayo, or keep it simple) and let the crunch do the talking.
Tripleta Bayamon
Bistec, ham, and pulled pork piled high on pan sobao—Puerto Rican style and proudly over-the-top. Bring napkins. Maybe bring a friend.
OG Bistec Sandwich
Classic bistec with sautéed onions, lettuce, tomato, and potato sticks—straight-up, crunchy, and ridiculously satisfying. Fair warning: you might say 'I love this' out loud.
Grilled Cheese
Three-cheese blend melted between garlic-toasted Texas bread. Simple, melty, and dangerously easy to finish. (County bragging rights included.)
Ropa Vieja Grilled Cheese
Garlic-toasted Texas bread + three-cheese melt + tender ropa vieja (shredded beef). It's messy, melty, and wildly unforgettable—like your favorite song, but edible.
Burgers
All burgers are served over gourmet buns with our signature sauce and American, cheddar, muenster, or Swiss cheese. Pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes on the side. Add-ons: Fries $3.00 · Bacon $2.75 · Fried Egg $2.50 · Pickled Onions $1.50 · Extra Cheese $1.50.
Lunch
Completa
The 'let us take care of you' plate—today's rice, beans, plantains, and protein picked by the kitchen. All killer, no decision fatigue. (Ask your server for the daily protein.) Add an egg on top of the protein or rice for $2.50 (we call it 'montado a caballo').
Ropa Vieja Grilled Cheese
Tender shredded beef and a three-cheese melt inside garlic-toasted Texas bread. Comfort food, upgraded like it just got a promotion.
Cowboy Burrito
Savory picadillo, creamy mashed potatoes, diced carrots & onions, and a three-cheese blend wrapped into one bold burrito. It doesn't just stop hunger—it hogties it.
Bistec Quesadilla
Tender bistec + three-cheese blend + sautéed onions & peppers, grilled into a crispy tortilla. Comes with pico de gallo and sour cream—because every hero needs sidekicks.
Three Brothers' Tacos
Choose corn or flour tortilla. We add our cheese blend to the tortilla, plus your choice of picadillo, ropa vieja (+$3), or Caribbean pulled pork. Pick pico de gallo OR lettuce & tomatoes. Sauces available: sour cream and cilantro aioli.
Chix Tenders & Fries
Three chicken tenders with fries and Miami Heat Sauce. Tenders are always good, but our Miami Heat Sauce makes them even better.
Children's Menu
Smash Burger
Kid-size smashed beef burger with American cheese, mustard, ketchup, and small fries. Small hands, big bite.
Chix Tenders
Two crispy chicken tenders with small fries. Crunchy, dunkable, and gone before you finish saying 'tenders.'
Twin Tacos
Two tacos (ground beef or pulled pork) topped with our house three-cheese blend. Pick a sauce and tortilla—because even kids deserve options.
Appetizers
Queso Frito Bites
Golden, crispy cubes of fried cheese with a warm, squeaky center—then drizzled with local harvest honey. Sweet, salty, crunchy… basically a snack wearing a crown.
Tostones Rellenos
Crunchy green-plantain cups stuffed with your choice of ground beef, pulled pork, or ropa vieja (+$2)—topped with fresh pico and a swoosh of garlic aioli. Tiny cups, huge flex.
Chicken Wings
Crispy, saucy, and ready for their close-up. Pick your flavor: buffalo, honey garlic, lemon pepper, or guava BBQ.
Chicken Chicharrones
Our crunchy chicken-thigh-and-drumstick bites, tossed in the same sauces. It's like wings' louder cousin—and it came to party.
Bayamon Pork Rinds
A good portion of traditional Puerto Rican snack consisting of extra-crunchy, deep-fried pork skins with a side of garlic aioli.
Truffle Fries
Fries drizzled with truffle oil, dusted with celery salt, and showered with parmesan. Smells fancy. Tastes dangerous.
Alcapurria
A Puerto Rican fritura favorite: a crispy, torpedo-shaped fritter made with our house root-veg dough, stuffed with seasoned ground beef. Comes with Miami Heat sauce—aka the dip that makes you go back in for 'just one more.'
Three Miami Croquetas
Hand-rolled croquetas made with rich, ham-kissed béchamel, lightly breaded and fried until golden. Crunch outside, creamy center, zero manners required. Served with three buttered crostini.
Loaded 'Papas Locas' Fries
American fries loaded with your choice of ground beef, pulled pork, or ropa vieja +$2, plus beans, tomatoes, raw onions, cilantro, and pickled jalapeños. Finished with a drizzle of melted white cheese — 'extra' is a love language.
Soups

Bean Soup (Black or Pink)
Our already-famous beans turned into a cozy bowl of magic—topped with diced raw onions and a blanket of our three-cheese blend. Comes with three buttered crostini for dunking (highly encouraged).
Tomato Bisque
Coming SoonRich, velvety tomato bisque served with three buttered crostini—because every great soup deserves a crunchy sidekick.
Salads
Queen Vivi's Salad
Crisp Spring mix crowned with juicy berries, crunchy walnuts, and creamy goat cheese, then tossed in our homemade tamarind vinaigrette (sweet-tangy and a little sassy). It'll flirt with your taste buds—but it won't start drama with your gut. Royal behavior only. Add bistec +$5.
LTO Salad
Lettuce, tomato, and onion tossed with your choice of house vinaigrette, ranch, or thousand island—simple, crunchy, and weirdly addictive (in the best way).
